We're really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with one of the restaurants. Here's what you can do.
Try to resolve any issues with the restaurant at first. It might be possible that the restaurant will contact us to issue a coupon code for you.
In case you didn’t come to a conclusion, get in touch with us using one of the options below and we'll try and sort things out for you. Make sure you have your order number ready, which you will find in your order confirmation email or in the page “My Orders” under your profile.
